How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment either by Credit / Debit Card or by PayPal. Your security is our biggest priority!! Our Credit Card system is 100% secure. Sage Pay are the UK's leading on-line credit card processors. You can rest assured you are 100% secure when using the MSA-Direct checkout process. When you enter your Credit Card details they handled with the utmost care. All transaction information passed between MSA-Direct and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholders information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to MSA-Direct and Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. Once we have charged the card, all your card details are immediately destroyed to ensure your complete security. For this reason if you are a returning customer you will need to enter your details again. Your security is of paramount importance to us, so you can rest assured in the knowledge that your Credit Card details will be safe at all times. Please note that your payment method is charged when you place your order and not on despatch.
 
I want to pay for a 'Pending' Order.
You will need to Logon on to your Account (Found in the top right hand corner of the screen). You can then see your orders. Select the order you wish to pay for, by clicking on the order number (e.g. MSA-99999, then select "re-submit payment".

Where's my order?
All our products are subject to availability. If the goods you order are in stock, then we aim to despatch the order within 1 to 2 working days. However, if any product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we aim to complete the order within 3 to 5 working days.

For UK Delivery please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. You will be kept informed regarding the predicted order delivery time. Products are either sent by Royal Mail or courier.

For Non UK Delivery please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. You will be kept informed regarding the predicted order delivery time. Products are either sent by Royal Mail or courier.

I cannot see my country listed, why?
We deliver to the UK (including BFPO and Northern Ireland).

I want to return an item.
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, in the original packaging (with your customer advice note and include a covering letter explaining the fault / reason for return) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no questions asked. Provided such items are received by MSA-Direct in a re-salable condition, a refund will be issued. The shipping cost and cost of returning the item will not be refunded. A credit card / Paypal fee can also be charged, for unwanted items, at the current rate.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, it will be replaced only if it is returned to MSA-Direct within 14 working days of receipt. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. MSA-Direct will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
If an incorrect item is sent by MSA-Direct, it will be replaced only if it is returned to us within 14 working days of receipt. Refunds cannot be made for any sealed items that have been opened, unless the item is faulty or incorrect then all postage will be refunded. If you wish to claim a refund you must do so in writing, by letter or e-mail, and the item must be returned to MSA-Direct, within 14 working days of receipt. Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn or used, unless they are faulty, and have not been altered. We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes are acceptable).

How do I create an Account?
Click on "Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen, then click on "New Customer".

How can I save an order, for later payment?
Once you have selected the items for your order, click on the QTY in the shopping cart in the top right hand corner, then click on the "Save this order, pay later" button.

I want to pay for an order that I saved, Or re-submit a 'Pending' payment.
You will need to Logon on to your Account (Found in the top right hand corner of the screen). You can then see your orders. Select the order you wish to pay for, by clicking on the order number, then select "re-submit payment".

I have received an e-mail. What does it mean?
  • Pending - We are awaiting payment from you. You will need to Logon on to your Account and Re-submit Payment.
  • Paid - Payment has been received.
  • Shipped - Your order has been despatched
  • Complete - After 14 to 31 days, you will receive this e-mail, your order has been received and payment received. No further action by you is required, unless you wish to give feedback about the product(s) and service you required. All Feedback is very much appreciated, to help us improve our service.
  • Saved - You have saved your order for later payment.
  • Cancelled - We have been instructed by you to cancel the order.
