I had contacted you by telephone before placing the order on the web, just to make sure that I had the correct product for my bike selected. The chap I spoke to was helpful and informative. Top marks.
The product came when you said it would, was well packaged and contained what you said it would. Top again.
Just to cap it off, two days later I received another package with some coppegrease in it. Don't think I was even expecting that - but it proved really useful for getting the bill past the missus....
