We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, in the original packaging (with your customer advice note and include a covering letter explaining the fault / reason for return) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no questions asked.
Provided such items are received by MSA-DIRECT in a resalable condition, a refund will be issued. The shipping cost and cost of returning the item will not be refunded. A credit card / Paypal fee can also be charged, for unwanted items, at the current rate.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, it will be replaced only if it is returned to MSA-DIRECT within 14 working days of receipt. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. MSA-DIRECT will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
If an incorrect item is sent by MSA-DIRECT, it will be replaced only if it is returned to MSA-DIRECT within 14 working days of receipt. Refunds cannot be made for any sealed items that have been opened, unless the item is faulty or incorrect then all postage will be refunded. If you wish to claim a refund you must do so in writing, by letter or e-mail, and the item must be returned to MSA-DIRECT, within 14 working days of receipt.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn or used, unless they are faulty, and have not been altered. We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptable), so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. The MSA-DIRECT guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Please note all returns must be sent back to us at our contact address, and are at your own cost and risk. Costs for faulty or incorrect items will be refunded.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
